Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 21 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in resellable condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging intact
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Refund Method & Timeline
- Returns requested within 21 days of delivery:
Eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, less applicable shipping and return fees. - Returns requested after 21 days and within 30 days of delivery:
May be eligible for merchandise credit only. - After 30 days from delivery:
Returns are no longer accepted.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days after approval for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Fees
A $15 flat return shipping fee, plus any applicable outbound shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund amount.
NonReturnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Gift cards
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Finalsale items as designated at purchase
- Items purchased at popup locations or special events
Exchanges
We do not offer direct online exchanges.
- To receive a different item or variant, please return the original item (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
- Instore exchanges may be permitted for eligible items, subject to availability.
Exchanges are limited to the same item or an item of equal value and are restricted to one exchange per transaction.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 21 days of delivery with supporting photos or documentation so we can assist.
