We work hard to restock popular items that are currently out of stock. However, please note that special edition items are not restocked once they sell out.

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unworn condition, and returned in the original packaging, including the box and tags. All returned items must be free from any signs of wear or damage. Please note that items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and any additional costs related to returning items. There is a $25 flat rate shipping charge, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

Additionally, sale items, discounted items, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

At this time, we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options, so stay tuned for updates!

We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 CAD. Standard orders are shipped via Canada Post and typically arrive within 7-14 business days after shipping. For faster delivery, we also offer express shipping at an additional cost, with orders arriving in approximately 3-4 business days after being shipped.
