Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Eligibility

    Open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their province/territory or state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  2. Sponsor

    This giveaway is sponsored solely by ATACZ (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  3. Giveaway Period

    The giveaway begins on TBD and ends on TBD at 11:59 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

  4. How to Enter

    To enter:

    • Follow @atacz.club on Instagram

    • Tag 3 friends in the comments

    • Comment your favorite Barrel Bag color

  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries that do not follow the rules will be disqualified.

  1. Prize

    One (1) winner will be selected to receive four (4) ATACZ Barrel Bags: one for themselves and one for each of the three (3) tagged friends. Approximate retail value (ARV) per bag: $189 USD.

  2. Winner Selection and Notification

    The winner will be selected by random draw conducted on or after May 12, 2025. The winner will be notified via direct message from @atacz.club only. Canadian winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to claim the prize, as required by Canadian law.

  3. Prize Delivery

    Prizes will be shipped to the addresses provided by the winner and their tagged friends within the United States or Canada only. No substitutions or cash equivalents will be offered. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

  4. Publicity

    By entering, you grant ATACZ the right to use your name, Instagram handle, and entry comment for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  5. Privacy

    Any personal information provided will be used solely for administering the giveaway and in accordance with ATACZ’s Privacy Policy.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    ATACZ is not responsible for any technical issues, entry errors, or other problems beyond its control. ATACZ reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time without notice.

  7. Scam Warning

    Winners will only be contacted by @atacz.club Do not respond to accounts impersonating ATACZ. This giveaway is free to enter and will never request payment or sensitive personal information via DM.

  8. Agreement to Rules

    Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and the decisions of ATACZ, which are final and binding in all respects.
