We currently ship ATACZ × Miffy 2.0 orders within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How does shipping work for ATACZ × Miffy II?
Enjoy free shipping on ATACZ × Miffy 2.0 orders over $150 CAD. Standard orders are shipped via Canada Post and usually arrive within 7–14 business days. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available for an additional fee, with delivery in approximately 3–4 business days after shipping.

What is the return policy for ATACZ × Miffy II?
- You may request a return within 21 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in resellable condition, and include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Sale items are final sale and gift cards are non-refundable.
- To start a return, sign in to your account, go to your order history, select the items you’d like to return, and follow the steps to submit your request. Once approved, you’ll receive email instructions for shipping.
- A $15 flat-rate return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your original purchase amount. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after processing. Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded as store credit.
- Exchanges are processed in-store only. Online exchanges are not available. Please bring your item with original tags and packaging to any ATACZ store. Each transaction is eligible for one exchange only, valid for the same item or an item of equal value.
- If your item arrives damaged, or if your order is lost or stolen, please contact us within 21 days of delivery for assistance.

Yes — since this is a limited collaboration with high demand, certain items are available for Pre-Order to ensure you can secure your favorites. If an item is marked as Pre-Order at checkout, it means the product has been reserved exclusively for you.
